This thread may have already been made before you can lock it if it has.
But I have to say now, Menewsha does a great job choosing staff. My advice to Menewsha, please don't sell out and stop caring about your users! The mods, and developers are extremely interactive. EVEN THE NPCS! <3 I love it! x3 Please don't stop this interaction even as the site grows. Websites like Gaia don't have to warm welcome feeling Menewsha has. Thank you guys for making such a friendly environment. People can speak their minds without getting flamed by illiterate idiots. Here you're actually free to say what you want. The staff also does a great job handling glitches and the problems other users have with something.

Lawliet. I agree. I've seen so much harassment and flaming, people being made look bad, people getting banned for receiving anonymus gifts and opening them. It's incredibley ridiculous. I came on Menewsha after Arc told me about it and thought I'd give it a try. Now I'm addicted. I just love how everyone here is a community, and not a chaos-filled, drama-run community. I really hope Menewsha stays this way forever and doesn't get sucked into greed like Gaia did. D:

I would have to disagreee.
For how large of a site Gaia is, they interact quite a bit with users.
Granted it's easier here given the amount of users thats on here makes it easier to have more interaction with users, but I've had quite a few good experinces with the Gaia staff and have talked to others.

In my 3 years on Gaia I have not seen the staff flame or harass users, I've seen them be as friendly as possible. I've seen mods at all different site take advantage of their power.

Honestl, I feel both are doing a good job.

Oh no no no not the staff. The people on Gaia in gerneral. (Prommies, noobs). Go in the GD for five minutes. I used to love going there until all of a sudden every word I said became a joke. This included my occassional typo interigation. It ruined Gaia for me.

And mainly mods talk to the richer people on Gaia. I tried to talk to an omni-mod (Not the highest mod but still up there) and she completely ignored my quetions all while talking to a group of people that were dressed a lot more... -ahem- wealthy. It was rather irritating since my questions were important.

However this is a discussion of the Menewsha staff. I still love the Menewsha staff. They make things enjoyable. It's just my personal opinion.

Hell, I've seen "poor" looking Gaians be able to talk with the staff and mods there. All depends on where your looking at. I mean hell, Fleep is in mutliple threads talking as much as he can, and I see GCD mods participate in discussions with all sorts of users all the time.

And yes, the staff here is lovely.
