hahahah well i guess what i meant was i dont like to sit there and be held by my husband.. or when we are sleeping, i dont like him touching me at all.. i sleep a certain way and hes always messing that up by trying to snuggle in real close and hold me in his sleep. I mean i guess its not TOO bad, he IS nice and warm and i like being warm, it just takes me longer to get comfortable and fall asleep, especially because some times in his sleep he'll start giving me a bear hug and just keep SQUEEZING. lol then it feels like my heads gonna pop off.
and i dont mind holding my kids, i actually really like it when aria puts her little arms around me and nuzzles in close and falls asleep, i really like watching her sleep, i get to study her face then, she has the perfect little baby lips and yeah.. its just so cute to look at. But i absolutely HATE it when people i dont know (or dont like) touch me... customers at work are always grabbing my shoulder... and it always always always irritates the heck out of me... makes me want to slam their face into the racking >.>; i mean grrrrrr im already lifting their crap for them because they are a lazy wimp, they have to invade my personal space also? |

hahah, jitsu, as much as i like hugging and all, i hate being hugged when sleeping, too /koff haha. SO HOT! XD;;; i don't mind when dominic (my cat) snuggles next to me though when i'm sleeping, too XD; though he'd snuggle in some of the most uncomfortable spots sometimes... like between my legs. so i'd unconsciously fall into that slightly spread apart legs position the whole night TAT;; and the next thing i know, i'd wake up with a cramp on the sides of my hips XD;;

customers grab your shoulders for multiple reasons, one.. because they dont understand personal space and like to invade it frequently. two because they are saying thnak you.. ut that still rather fits into the number 1 thing.. and three because they are angry and want to grab you by the shoulder to shake you or talk to you in a patronizing voice that REALLY makes me want to break their teeth. hahaha i can JUST IMAGINE you laying all goofy to accommodate your kitty, that cracks me up. i used to do the same with mine, only we both slept a certain way, i curl on my side with one knee tucked upo to my chest and my arms tucked down and head down, and he would climb in between my knee and face and curl up in a ball all snuggled and warm. his tail twitching would wake me up in the morning because it would hit my nose. hahah not so strong, just easily irritated lol. |
I don't mind physical contact as long as I'm comfortable with the person. I'm so awkward when it comes to social interactions like that I usually avoid giving people pats/touches/hugs since I'm never very sure when it would be appropriate.
But then I feel bad when people who are more touchy-feely give them nice gestures like that since it reminds me how awkward I am. XD *fails* |

@sho: I hug my friends sure, but I meant the people who I'm not super close with, but still close enough you could get away hugging/touching them. Some people have that innate sense to know when someone needs a hug or a pat on the shoulder, but I can never quite figure it out so I usually avoid trying in case I make a mistake. XD

hahah i have no idea, i think just sometimes they want to take their anger on somone in person right in front of them, even if they know deep down that we cant really do anything about it because we have absolutely NO control about what the store AUTO orders by computer. *shrugs* still though, why do they have to touch? that just screams *no mans land* right there. only happens every once in a while, but usually its the people complaining about something really retarded, and by the time they touch you, your ALREADY really mad at them.

EWWWWWWWW mine used to eat all my socks? not completely, but he would take a bite out of the big toe area... that and as SOON as i took off a dirty sock he would take it, (far away so i couldnt grab it away) and then rub himself all over it, and then bite the hole, and then hide it... omgosh ferra i know what you mean, im huggy with people im close to.. i tried to hug a coworker thats been there 8 months that i talk to all freakin day when he works there with me, because he switched shifts with me to a crappy one so i could go to a party... and he was like... stiff as a metal board... it was like trying to hug a plank of wood. lol im guessing hes not huggy at all. man good thing i refrained from kissing him on the cheek, i was in a REALLY good mood that day. then again... he did slap my ass on accident not to long ago, he tuirned so red i was laughing my ass off... i was talking to this girl that has a crush on him, and hes standing there and im all "omg.. and andrew grabbed my ass today and squeezed" and he turns all red an "NO I DIDNT" and shes all "why didnt you grab mine? you dont like my butt?" awww, at least it only happens every once in awhile~ so that's good D; <3 haha, he did that a few times. on my pillow, blanket, and mattress. all in separate accounts XD; it's my fault mostly since i'd be too sleepy to wake up to let him out. i used to keep his litter box outside my room since the sand gets all over the floor. i don't use the cover for the litter box since he's a bit too tall for it even when he's crouching. so i kip the lid/cover off and yah. sand everywhere XD;;; but after a few accounts of him doing that, i finally just let it be in my room. i just have to clean everyday, that's all XD;;; <--woes of a lazy bum but yah, dominic loves to bite away at my mattress, too D; especially at the corners TAT; you see little loose threads coming off already haha. poor mattress ;__; ugh, speaking of hiding things......... dominic used to love bringing home "presents" (when he used to still roam around outside). dead rats, dead birds, dead roaches, dead house lizards, dead anything TTATT; and usually, he'd "hide" them under his little bed. so disgusting haha. since i started to keep him in the house he doesn't do that anymore though XD; not like he can but stilll hahah @ ferra: hehe but even though you're comfy with giving hugs to close friends or whatnot, are you usually touchy kind of person? like physically? @Sho: Ha ha! I accidentally hit people occasionally since I'm fairly clumsy/inattentive about my movements sometimes. XD;
I'd say I'm usually not a very touchy-feely person though. I'll accept hugs from people no problem, but I'll flinch or move away gradually if my personal space is invaded and I'm not very comfortable about it. |

Well things like concerts and being crammed into cars and things like that don't bug me. XD It's expected you'll touch people, so as long as I don't get the impression I'm being felt up, I'm fine with it.
What I mean, is being touched on my leg or face or something when I'm really not that comfortable with the person. Some drunk guy put his hand on my thigh on the bus once. o__O I was NOT okay with that. |
