Ah, it's really delicious. This particular icecream is prepared by beating up the icecream as it's cooling down. IT's beaten up for a looong while, so eventually it gains a gummy structure <.< And that ice cream is best tasted and done with goat milk they say.

It's not grooosss!!!! D: Once you taste of that icecream you'll wrinkle your nose to other icecreams >8D And it's not spongy at all! it feels like a smooth icing, but tastes more delicious and full :3
