a Pixel is a tiny little square. If you go into photoshop, choose the pencil tool and make it size 1 that's one pixel. =D

It does if I eat enough of it. I never have any appetite at breakfast though, so I only ever eat it as a snack or for a quick meal replacement. :lol:
