Ah well that would be the hard part. The wireless one was set up by my brother, the land one from Road Runner is set up by my dad. Judging from the wires it looks like it's set up like this: Land Line Main connects to 1st router's internal. of the 4 external lines, 1 connects to the computer I'm on, Dad's Computer, 1 connects to Mom's net book, and one connects to the wireless router, the last one is empty. So when I do the troubleshooting, all it sees is the 1st router instead of the wireless router so it doesn't display the information I need. But I'm not 100% sure how to connect the wireless router to directly as the first couple attempts to do that isn't working. |
