when I was a kid my folks took me and my brother and sister to a Chinese restaurant. it was a good 45 minute drive away. we didn't get to go very often, only when my parents wanted to do some shopping. but each time we went, our folks would buy us each a box of Botan Rice Candy. we would often wheel and deal over who got what sticker. I still love to unwrap the candies, then peel the rice paper wrapper off and let it melt on my tongue before sucking on the actual candy itself. I taught my son how to do it, but he doesn't love them as much as I do. but I have gotten him to love Pocky.

okay. I'm gonna gush at you about something you will probably think is stupid but the only person I have told today couldn't care less and that made me a little sad ... anyway!
okay, so BTR (Big Time Rush) was doing a live chat earlier today and I joined it thinking I would totally be lost amongst the posts. but thank God there were like only 40 people on! anyway, Carlos said earlier that James was sleeping and then he posted later that James had woken up and was getting ready. so I told Carlos to tell James, "hello sleepy head!" and he DID and then told me that it made James laugh! I am such a fan girl nerd!! and there were a couple other things were Carlos was actually talking with me which were pretty awesome too! one was about a lame joke that Kendall told him that he shared with me. and then another time Carlos said he wanted another banana milk shake and I told him I had bananas and milk but he was on his own about the shake. he laughed at that too. and the person that didn't really care? she's my friend who told me that I was too old to be gushing over those "boys" :( |
