aww thats awesome, you must have done a really great job for her to want the same cat-do *grins* ah and thats compltely true... some of the people working there .. well when they applied they didnt have those things. I didnt have my lip piercings, the guy with the yellow stripe didnt have it.. the people with the mohawks brushed them down.. but Ikea encourages you to be who you are? they like the different and they like to show that they are willing to hire anyone from all backgrounds of any ethnicity, no matter how extreme the tastes of er.. external wear is? but they do have a couple of retarded things sometimes.. for example.. i work i the warehouse with customers, as soon as the store is clear of them at night, GENERALLY everyone would take off their bright yellow ikea shirt and have a tank top underneath and work in that. because the warehouse doesnt have AC and its kinda hot.. well.. APPARENTLY because all the girls in our deparment (2 - myself and another) have more then a bloody A cup, we arent allowed to wear tank tops. now... if we were wearing low cut.. or short ones, or something really tight, yeah i would understand that... but just plain tanks OVER sports bras... that go over the waistband of our jeans? thats just *snarls* and its ONLY the girls... and ONLY in our department. lol and it most certainly was not our managers that decided that.. it ticks me off when i see the girls from showroom coming down in skimpy tops when they work in AC all freakin day, and all of us in the warehouse are sweating like mad. ahaha sorry turned into a bit of a rant O.O;; but *points back* stupid stuff
Ah... massages feel OK i suppose, ive only ever had one by a real masseus.. and it was kinda painful >.<; probably because erm.. well.. i dont like being touched so i kinda tense up? i was wanting to do more.. erm.. im not sure what its called.. when i broke my leg really bad i had to go to a place where they would massage the muscles and make me do wierd exercises and stretches until it was strong enough to walk again. it was extremely painful... but without it i dont think i would have been able to go back to doing the things i love so quickly.. so.. i want to help that.. for people that are willing to indure the slight discomfort to get better. mmmm and maseus make quite a bit. my friend makes $100 an hour. so she pretty much picks when she wants to go in due to people scheduling her, works 8 hours, and she could pay rent no problem. mmm this week is going to be divine. we had afootball game on sunday which was fun.. and thursday i have a sketch group.. friday is. well hopefully something, saturday is a party. |

Jitusme, I wanted to do a series of watercolors, half bodies, of characters with beautiful designs and nice colors, around 10 water colors in total. It's for my portfolio to show that I can carry a style and feeling across several pieces and make it obvious that they're part of the same series from the same artist. I should probably open it up to everyone, but because I want them all to have the same ... attitude? i think is what I mean, it would be better if they came from the same source. Would you be interested putting your characters forward for it? It would be at reduced price, because I'm giving so little freedom for it. If your not interested, do you know anyone else who's looking for a large suite of drawings from one person? I won't be starting for another week or so. Dys: Well, it's not like I'll shout you down if you want to give me more :) But it's only a simple pose, and I didn't pay much attention to the legs. It's up to you, if you want to pay more, you could toss in a cheap item, or just wait till you have more? But you don't have to. |
@ Chichi - xD; I don't bother pay attention to the legs myself. They always turn out better when I don't. Stick legs look better than lumpy legs.

hahaha well the kicker is.. the person that sorta decreed we cant wear our tanks (which ironically enough werent even spaghetti straps) was a woman... NOT only that, its a woman that i swear crams herself into the tightest jeans she can find and the smallest shirt as well.. and is the only freakin one that wear the skirts we are "allowed" to wear ("" because you can only wear them they dont impeed work? and i tell you.. skirts on the floor is the most retarded idea ever) so its... like.. ARGH like this woman has some issue with the other girl and myself or something... personally. andthat really makes me hoppin mad *snickers*
argh! that is so completely uncool.. lol i got a detention once for having my shoe come undone? when little miss "populars" were running aound with their skirts stapled up so that they were about a foot long total. i went to private school.. sometimes.. *rolls eyes* hahaha most of my mates are er.. guys.. or are er.. interested in women.. so er.. i back off in the back rubs or giving massages.. i dont want to instigate any wierd convos *snort* as if they arent already really odd. *nods happily* i think at least that way i can do something i like.. and then it will be able to fund doing things i love.. like art and being with my family. *mouth flaps* you! you made me choke on my rice milk! are you kidding me? thats liek an art whores dream come true. a lovely artist asking if it would be OK for them to paint their chars in their favorite media. ... Hobosuit? Mmmmm... Touching paper is my secret naughty hobby. I collect different kinds for fun. I actually have a sketch book that is bound from an old novel cover and filled with all the wonderful papers I found over a year. -Drools- My favorite is the robins egg manila that I found in the scrap box at work. Hot press paper is fantastic, and vellums always feel good. I love Somerset satin paper too, it has a great deckle and it's so soft. Yay for basket ball. Did you win? Yes, only more link a prolonged struggle where you've been trying to put the hat on his head and have ended up on top of him on the floor and him trying to struggle away (playfully?) but you're just about to succeed in getting the big feather into the hat. I think maybe he just doesn't like the color, or maybe he's being difficult for fun. There's going to be lots of tousled hair and clothing and such. Does that sound ok?

It was lovely, must have played at least 30 times in a row *nods* i wouldnt say i won exactly? nearly always first or second, but once i get into the swing of it again its more trying to beat my own personal high score on that.. which.. i did not break.. made 70+ points on the arcade thingger back in brazil. only got around 30+ something last night. but it felt really good to shoot a BBall again. i should really try to find a basketball court >.>; *points* SNEAKSIES! |

I use them to texture my cgs. Ouuu! Woven paper is a piece of heaven, even if you have to be careful what you put on it. Some things look amazing, but others lose all their detail. Ouuuuuuu~ : o : Chi is soooo happy. She found some curry in the freezer from the beginning of the year, and it's still good! And it even has some green pepper (There out of season now and really expensive) I ate it with toasted bread and i have enough left for 3 more meals!!! Ouuuuuuuuuu~ It's heaven. |
