I don't really like people who complain about how they look without makeup. Makeup isn't supposed to change how you look, its supposed to enhance what beauty you have. D:

Yeah. I used to be like that. I used to be like "Ugh but I don't look good without makeup!"
I'm not like that anymore though. My eyes are pretty on their own, and I use eyeliner to make them stand out and look prettier. My lips look nice on their own, but I use lipgloss to make them look fuller and nicer. ;)

I know one girl and I think she's beautiful on her own, but she doesn't think she's pretty unless she's wearing a whole lot of makeup and she looks like a totally different person. Yeah, she's pretty, sure. But she looks like some model and she isn't her. I just want to wipe it all off of her...and show her herself in a mirror and say "You're beautiful just like this."

I don't really look good with or without makeup. Its not a real big deal to me. I feel bad for myself sometimes, but not often. xD;; I feel my worst when I feel dumb.

Yeah, I'm pretty okay with my height, haha. I guess there's not really an average height here,
or if there is, it has a really wide range, and 5'3" is closer to the shorter end of that range. XD;

I think everyone has something about them that makes them beautiful.

Like. Maybe Bob has a big nose, but his eyes are a wonderful, vibrant shade of green.
Kim has a scar on the left side of her face, but she has the most beautiful hair I've ever seen. Look how it falls around her face in those pretty curls.

You see what I'm saying? "Bob" might think his nose is ugly, but I wouldn't be looking at his nose. The only thing I could look at would be his eyes.
"Kim" might think the scar disfigures her and makes her unattractive, but I wouldn't even be looking at the scar; all I'd be focusing on is that gorgeous hair.
I don't see the negatives. I try to see the positives about how people look.

I'm not pretty to some people. I don't give a damn, but I know I'm not. xD

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Remember that. :)

I just think of myself as me, not caring much about beauty or not beauty. A lot of people comment on my hair though, because it's really dark, and really long. If I had to pick something I liked about myself, it'd probably be my long hair (even with its constant tangling). XD

Still feeling kinda iffy about the hats, but whatever- It's my own fault for making the ermine base in such a weird position. XD;

It took me a long time to get that. I used to have horrible self esteem.
A lot of people wouldn't see me as pretty just because of my weight. Which is completely retarded, but its the truth. I'm not skinny enough, so I'm not pretty enough.

I think, oddly, that's one of the main reasons I cut it. I was sick of everyone gushing over it. Too much attention. D:

It is indeed completely retarded. But.. I think some people are just blinded by what they think should be pretty, instead of just accepting that everything has a beauty to it. I used to have horrible self-esteem too. Well, now isn't exactly of the highest, but I do have some good self-esteem. XD;

I like my hair, especially when I braid it~ >w> Right after I got it cut (12 inches!) I was really sad that I couldn't braid my hair, and would always grab at how long it used to be.. Sure my head felt lighter, and I didn't have to fuss as much with washing/drying my hair, but I missed it. More than expected, people told me I should cut my hair. Parents - 'Your hair's getting too long, you should cut it.' Me - 'But I like it long.. >^>;'

I do kind of understand what you mean though, about getting sick of the gushing, but it's not too common a thought for me personally. XD After a short while, the gushing stops, because the longness becomes a kind of norm. And the gushing is usually spewed by distant family members I haven't seen since I was really little. XDD

Yeah, my self esteem isn't extremely high now I guess, but its WAY better than it used to be. :lol:

When my hair was long, I used to braid it all the time. ^^ Or I'd put it in this bun thing with this fringe that made it look spiky in the back if you were looking at it from the front. >.> That was like my "style" from like 4th grade on. XD
The first time I cut the longness off, I cut off over 13 inches. I donated it to Locks of Love. So I guess that was a good thing. ^^
Then the second time, I don't know how much I cut off. It wasn't as much as the first time. I couldn't donate it then because it had been dyed, and they won't accept chemically altered hair.

Everyone (and I mean everyone) loves my hair long though. So no one's telling me to keep it short. My grandma especially is like "I miss your hair"

I donated to Locks of Love too, um.. that is, if my mom actually mailed it. I still don't know whether she did or not. o^o;;

Haha, my 'style' for pretty much all of elementary and middle school, and most of high school was ponytail. XD
Later, I started wearing it all down, or tied up in a clip leaving a smaller pony tail spray of hair thing, heh.
