Her left eye is brown and her right eye is blue. Her hair is black (dark brown actually but pretty much black unless you put in highlights which would show up as brown and not gray or blue) and it's divided down the middle but she doesn't have bangs (despite some of the refs). She can wear anything cute as long as it's not overly frilly/fancy/girly

here's a ref for his hair style and the necklace and camera he always wears --> link

his eyes are kind of complicated: his black pupils are surrounded by a ring of grayish-brown which is surrounded by a thin ring of light blue. His hair is dark brown. He always wears a diamond shaped black pendant on a black string and a camera (see ref). He can wear anything as long as it's dark blue, gray, black, white, dark red, or green.
