it's not good to eat two hours before you go to bed. but if you're hungry, i guess go ahead.

even though lasagna has a lot of carbs. >___<;
i'm sure you can afford to eat them carbs though, so don't worry about it.

I don't know what else to eat though. Maybe yogurt or something.

Nahh. I can eat carbs.
The only thing I usually look out for is salt and sugar. I usually cook pasta in low-fat ingredients too.
