Hi! I've decided to open an art shop on Menewsha in hopes of getting gold. Here's hoping. ^_^ Wish me luck, buy my art.

The Story

What you (really don't) need to know about Chibis.

What is a Chibi? Well, I like to think of them as a cross between a mouse and a termite. A mouse because they're cute and cuddly and some people like to keep them as pets, a termite because they tend to destroy everything in their paths if not carefully controlled.

If you are a person of average height, and the chibi is a chibi of average height then then the chibi would come up to around where your hand ends when your arms are hanging at your sides.
This means that the first thing that they see of you is your knees, consequently this is often how they identify their owners.
Licensed Chibi owners are often given a specific type of kneepad to wear all the time.

Three different types of intelligence:

1. Dumb - around the intelligence of a dog, can only say the syllables of their name and 'chibi'. Can learn obedience fairly easy.
2. Moderate - around the intelligence of a young child, can say the syllables of their own name, 'chibi', and the last couple words of anything said to them. Tend to act like parrots.
3. Intelligent - can think and process information almost like humans, tend to have trouble with abstract thought though. Can carry on normal conversations if you don't ask them to use any big words.

Chibi Anatomy

Ridiculously strong bones (they'd need them with those heads).
Fingers are not always present but appear at will when the chibi needs them for any reason.
Giant hands are good for gripping and climbing.
Giant feet for stability and balance.
Females have very wide-set hips.... if you can't figure out why take a biology class bearing in mind how big the head and hands of chibis are.
Their big eyes are useful for seeing more and different details than a human.

Hair and eyes can come in a variety of odd colors, not limited to the shades seen in humans but is very lineage specific (i.e. certain familes of chibis will only have shades of color from blue to black, and some will only have from red to white).

And last but not least....
Chibi Emotions

Chibi's emotions are always to the extreme and therefore easy to detect. They often mimic the emotions of their owners if kept as pets, and are subject to change accordingly (even if the chibi was happy a second before if it sees it's owner looking upset or distressed it's emotions will automatically change).

A mad chibi is not always as destructive as a happy chibi depending on the varying dispositions.

A chibi can hold a grudge all its life.

Chibis are usually very energetic about all their emotions, the only time the lose all their energy is when extremely upset or when grieving.

Chibi co.

Chibi co. is an organization dedicated to the humane capture and relocating of chibis.
It acts as an adoption service to those who wish to own a chibi and an 'extermination' service to those who have an infestation of un-tamed chibis.

It was founded by April Ross about 5 years ago after she learned of the use of chibis in slave labor forces. She was determined to act somewhat as an ambassador between humans and chibis due to the fact that she is half chibi and half human.

Unfortunately she's got a lot of obstacles. A renegade chibi 'superhero' , said superhero's insane sister who runs a rival corporation, and the prejudices of the world she lives in.

I have no restrictions on what I will draw - HOWEVER - be forewarned that I have no experience drawing violence or mechas and in keeping with Gaia ToS all requests must be PG-13.

Prices aren't really set - it's mostly haggling, I haven't really gotten the feel for the value of gold on Menewsha so you'll have to work with me. For right now it's really a 'what are you willing to pay' type shop.

What those are is basically an in-depth character background of your avatar which turns it into an original character for RPing or whatever you want to do with an original character.
I'm actually pretty good at it.

Poor girl.
She's a clumsy deformed demon. You see - She was born with wings on her feet! She's never been the smartest or most coordinated of girls, and now when it comes to learning how to fly no one can teach her so she keeps running into things. I don't know whether I feel more sorry for her or that light pole right outside her yard - she never misses it.

Short Story:
A Story is basically an approx. 1000 word story based on your avatar. You can have it be Gaia related or something else entirely that you made up. Or it can be fanfiction - be warned I have not read or watched every single show invented and I flat out won't do Naruto. But I'll do my best.
