I see Fynn as someone who sounds a lot like Gilbert Blythe from the Anne of Green Gables series :3
Then again, if you've read the books, maybe our voices for all the characters in the series are different -- that could also be the cause in differing opinions :3
Although, for the tones, we half agree on Fynn ;3

But it's really how I picture them sounding though!
When I heard the voices (I always read as if it's a movie playing in my head, and i picture their voices perfectly), I thought they were familiar -- and then I realized that's because they remind me of the voices of Deacon, Fynn, Josh, and Drew :3
Diana's reminds me of Kalli's a bit, though Kalli's is a bit lighter.
Anne reminds me of Saiyuri's, but only in tones, not the voice itself.

One movie I am truly ashamed of is Flowers in the Attic. It was a disgrace to the book series by V.C. Andrews. ;.;

There's a movie about it? Dear god! No way in hell am I seeing it. I think it'd totally ruin the series for me. (though it traumatized me as a kid XD)

I mean, they showed Cathy pushing her mother off of a balcony on her mothers wedding day to that Bart guy, and her falling over the edge through this cieling thing and hanging to death on her veil..... that SOOOOOOO does not happen in the book ;.;
I sat there and felt like crying.. it's like.. "But.... she lives..... that's not how it happens... why did you have to ruin it?!?!?!?!"

After watching it though, I wanted to reread the entire series, but all but one book is packed away in my tote ;.;
The only book out is the story of the Grandmother -- and I don't want to read about her ;.;
I want to read of Cathy's romances with the dancer and the doctor (I think the guy who took them all in after they escaped was a doctor anyway)~
And I want to see her rip her mother to shreds by getting pregnant by Bart~

I must admit, I was traumatized as a 10 year old when I read the scene between Cathy and her brother (Chris?) where he practically rapes her. >.<" (or actually rapes her, I don't recall). So I kind of haven't read the series since I was 11-12. Don't intend on it, either. lol!

I wasn't traumatized by it -- it made perfect sense as to why it happened, even if I was against it due to being incest and such~
BUT, technically he didn't rape her 'cause if you remember her thoughts, one was "if he wanted it this badly.. then I guess I did too.." <-- or very close to that.
And later on when they're out on the roof, he apologizes and swears it'll never happen again, and she said that it was okay and if she wanted to stop him, she could have due to her dancing legs.

I intend on reading it again once they come out of my tote -- I've always loved the books, even if they are full of incest -- that's really the only downside on the books in my opinion -- however, it does make it more intriguing as well as separates the series from anything I've ever read before :3

Yeah, I know it wasn't really rape, but fo my poor semi-innocent mind it was kind of a shock. XD I probably wouldn't mind it if I read it now. And I remember that bit on the balcony. A lot of that book series just annoys me, I don't know why. I prefer other series of hers.

How about the plot twist in the RP? XD I didn't expect them to get after the rumour so soon, or that it'd evolve in that way. XD I'm kind of glad that the small pebble I threw into the lake of your imagination created such large ripples.

Well, it's mainly Leane being overly protective of Kalli :3
Kalli knows Anna would never do such a thing with Josh, and she knows Josh would never cheat on her, she's just upset that he "gave Anna a gift" and she's upset over what Anna said to him. And it doesn't help that everyone is pitying Kalli and thinking the worst of Josh, it's kinda confirming the dark fear that's inside Kalli about the whole thing, even though she firmly believes it can't be possible, she's petrified that it really is true and she's just a nimrod for ever falling in love with him :3
The reason why she's so hysterical at the moment and can't stop crying is because Josh "gave Anna a gift" after barely knowing her, but has known her for 5 years and dated her for 4 years, but has never given her something as special as what he "gave to Anna" and she's beyond jealous of it xD

Well, Kal is very insecure, not as much as Saiyuri, but still more so than Leane -- especially when it comes to Josh. She feels as if she's not good enough for him and he deserves better than her. She doesn't quite see how much he truly loves her. BUT, i think after Hogsmeade on Saturday, she'll realize just how much he really does love her and will be so overwhelmed with relief and happiness, that she'll probably be struck speechless, leaving him to think she hates him and such xD

And don't worry, if Kalli pisses Anna off at some point during the whole thing without meaning to, she'll make it up to her for the next few weeks after Saturday xD
