Still, it all depends on how you look at it. I'm weird in that, a lot of the things that other people hate about certain things, are exactly those things that I like.

Luckily, because I'm unemployed, the price of the actual classes is... pshaw, next to nothing. But that still doesn't mean that I want the last 6 months to go to waste. >.< I won't think the worst just yet, though, and just wait it out.

Nothing much - wondering if I made the right decision in turning down a guy I really like~
I only turned him down because he lives in North Carolina...
And I'm still unsure because of that..
But at the same time, I really want to, ya know?

Well. It's a shame that you had to turn someone down you like, but building up a relationship of any kind is seriously hard, and distance really doesn't aid on it. Not to mention that at the moment you're so busy with your own life, and soon you'll be starting college... so... it's just bad timing and bad location.
I understand that you'd have doubts, though. Anyone would. You're probably going to wonder if you did the right thing a million times between now and a few months from now. But just keep in mind the reasons you had for turning him down in the first place, and it ought to be alright.

It -is- definetly benificial for you guys to meet in person first, before deciding on anything else. *nods* But yeah, the feelings you're having now are the same feelings of loss you have when you have to do without a dear friend for a while. It's not love yet, but it might turn into that.
It's also good that you're aware of the fact that you're just not feeling ready to try a relationship. So I hope he respects that, and is willing to wait. *crosses fingers*

I mean, he even offered to move up here to be closer to me - but I told him I couldn't be the reason he moved and I refused to force him to leave his family and job to come up here and be with me~

Yeah, if you're the only motivation to move up there... then it's kinda not a good decision to make. :/ I hope he will wait, 'cause you're worth it... but I also know he'll be smart enough to not just... do something drastic, like moving up there when you guys aren't even sure of eachother yet, you know? :/
