Or they'll leave entire chapters out of the anime. And I also agree on some of the horrible voice actors that they find for some of the animes. Case in point, Naruto. Also, Neon Genesis Evangelion. Some of the most annoying voices that I've heard... :XP |
Von: I haven't seen the anime of Samurai Deeper Kyo, so I don't know just how bad it was. :sweat: On the other hand, the anime for Hellsing had a completely different story and style than the manga. It was good, but not as good as the original. Good thing they made the OVA version. It's a lot better. :lol:

Dimitri: it is XDDD. You should check out 1/2 prince. It just cracks me up so badly.... but it has some chiense in it that the translation don't make it as funny :/
I was lucky enough to snatch up all the lightnovels of 1/2 prince while I was in Taiwan 8"D D":> I've never seen an englished dubbed version of any anime... I'm part Japanese. Thanks goodness I don't have to suffer through dubbing x..x Though some of the voice actor's dialect scares me. Imagine, for instance, Sasuke with a texas accent. Or something weird like that. @Heresy: Eh, I'll stick to the Japanese version with english subs. I still need to get around to finding another site that subs the original Japanese Naruto, though, since Dattabayo quite releasing them... :XP
@Von: 1/2 Prince... That sounds familiar, for some strange reason. I'll have to look it up later. If you like vampire animes, you might try checking out Trinity Blood. It has a decent story, and it has some comic relief as well. Not completely slap-stick or anything like that. Just enough to get a few chuckles every now and then. |
