Haha, Lura isn't either, but a lot of her friends are. XD

I'll bid ruby bells + 8k. X3 |
Thank you~! ^O^
|

seito just ate |
@ Lura - My parents brought it back from me somewhere. It was huge. xD;
@ Kitami - OTL Nope. And never had dumplings? You should go get some soon. o-O *late reply* |
Hmm, there was this one time, I can't remember where I was though, but they had these huge.. soup dumplings.. served in bowls, more like those metal/wood dimsum dish thingies. I had to just keep picking at it because it was so difficult to eat (for me). @[email protected]

Its kinda text wall, but I was telling Gab (Thoth) what was going on....since it kinda started out involving him. x_x And then the text walls from him are mainly him trying to make me feel better..... And then Lura and Cherry come in later. Where would I go to get dumplings? -being sick makes me confused- @[email protected] |
@ Lura - Oh, those. Those are good. Those have GIGAAANTIC dumplings in them. <3~
@ Kitami - All I got to say is, just be glad you don't have a language barrier between your parents to take away any possibility of reasonable discussion in the first place. |
Oh... Yeah, that would suck. D:
|
Trust me. It really, really does. OTL
|
@[email protected] I feel bad for you now.
|
The language barrier between me and my family isn't too bad now that I've been taking more Chinese classes. But sometimes, when I'm there, I'll have to help out in 'discussions' between my parents and my younger sister. >.<
|
I should learn Korean. I mean, I can say things like "I am not happy." But I can't say "You're making me feel bad." or "I don't feel like talking today." So I can't communicate well, so we always end up arguing. =/
|
One of my friends was taking Korean, but then she stopped cuz it was getting too hard.. XD;
( Test-wise, I think though ) Korean's a cool language, but I can't really see myself using it someday, so I've never tried learning. 8< |
Is it tough, but I'm Korean and I'm familiar with the symbols and sounds, so it'll be okay
|
Is there anywhere around you (or your school, haha) where you can take Korean classes? 8O
|
I don't think so. But not my school.
|
Maybe...there's like an online class or something, Anna? Since there's not one around you that you can take in person... :<
Yeah....I'm glad my parents and I all speak English. I mean, its hard enough trying to get things through to them in plain English sometimes. x_x I don't even want to think about trying to have to do things like that in two different languages... |
*stalks Rara* >3
|
*Can't stalk SeiSei back* XD
|
you know, every since i've seen her call you rara, i've been fighting an urge to do the same. xD
|
Why fight the urge? XDD
|
@ Kitami - Maybe. I'm not sure how much online classes would help, though. You need to be able to pronouce things correctly when learning a language, and you can't learn that online.
OTL We don't bother sane discussion. Its scream, scream, scream. We left off a little steam, forget it ever happened, and then go on like this until the next fight. |
Lura:: Cause...I've always called you Lura. XD;
Anna:: That's true. I've never taken an online language class though. Maybe they have some sort of program you download that shows you how to pronounce the words. I'm sure that would cost money of course though... D: That's exactly what my parents and I do too! Maybe the fact that we speak the same language really doesn't help matters. >< |
Haha, names just stick sometimes. X'D
And I think Korean is one of those languages that really needs to be taught in person, to make sure pronunciation is right. At least, that's my thinking from what my friend told me. >.< She actually learned Korean one-on-one with someone she knew at school. |
