Harmy is tired and bored... and talking about herself in the third person... oh dear. :shock:

This is frustrating. >_> I'm trying to lose weight, so I've been snacking on carrot sticks... but they aren't filling in the least! I've eaten at least half the bag and I am hungrier than I started! This is awful. Eating massive amounts of vegetables can't be better for me. -Wants food-...

Usually what I do is I have lots of small meals spread out over the course of the day so I don't overeat. A simple maxim I live by is "Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're not" and it's working for me.

I've heard that saying before. I think it would work really well, though I have not tried that before. I might try that after I graduate this year.

Yea, losing weight is hard on us females. I hate guys that can lose weight fast. My friend, which a guy that already lost weight in less than a month.

@Harmonia-- Argh, I eat so much when I do that. It's awful. >_< I feel terrible whenever I eat... anything.

@Sakura-- Whyy was I born with such a bad metabolism? I'm so terribly jealous of all the people who can eat whatever they want and never gain any weight.

You shouldn't feel bad about eating... If you try to deny yourself certain foods, you're just going to crave them even more. Trust me, I've tried that and it didn't work.

I know I shouldn't, but I do anyway. I can't help it.
