I've gotten pretty good at ignoring them. XD

The ones I've got are one about the Memory Jar and about trying to write for the Menewshan Minute, I think it was. And they just won't stay dismissed. I'll hit the little x and it'll switch to the other one. XD

Eh, I can't find it. Just spend 20 minutes looking for a thread about the leapfrog announcements. They don't go away. they're permanent yellow banners up for a designated period of time, or something like that. They'll just rotate in a leapfrog manner until their time is up.
I have the "stars" background up and my top bar is yellow so the announcement banner blends in, helps me ignore them better. XD

Ha! Thats the background I use too and it totally does help them blend in. xD

Although I havent dismissed the Mene Minute one - I'm hoping to get some sort of blurb or short story about the shop into it to attract more people. /ponder

And DO EET! the paper is a great thing to use. I put my conspiracy theory about the NPCs in last years April edition.
