I've been thinking about opening an art request thread here on Menewsha but I'd need to save up funds first. CZ is holding nearly 6k of my gold for me so that I don't spend it on commons but I only make about 1k in a week's worth of posting. I should add some RPs to my dailies. :XD That'd up my gold earning!

I think I'm better than yesterday. I managed to wake up... depressed, and I stayed that way all day. Didn't get out of bed, do anything or go anywhere. I just felt like staring into space for the most part. I was even on the computer a mere fraction of the time that I normally am.

Short blurb:

Cardea, or Winifred Torrington as she was born, is from the Elizabethan period of England and of Clan Brujah. She's more of the warrior-poet and less of the rabble then others from Clan Brujah; she keeps connections with the Nosferatu and has been known to quote Jacqueline Carey's work in saying that "all knowledge is worth having." Her favorite type of book to read is vampiric and she's a fangirl for Lestat, though she won't admit it to anyone - not even her successor Abbadon.

Abbadon is from the Regency period of England and served in the king's army for the bloody shilling. He's also of Clan Brujah and is my partner's character so I have less to say about him. Like his Sire he keeps connections with the Nosferatu and there's a Nosferatu in particular that he "hangs out with" as the mortal teenagers say that's as close as the Kindred come to being friends. Unlike his Sire Abbadon is apt to shoot first and ask questions later - he's also overly fond of Rants and Raves.

Vampire!! I love that game. Never have time to play it anymore though. I haven't roleplayed properly in ages. *sigh*

I didn't realize there are so many V:tM fans here! I haven't played Requiem so I can't comment on it but I do love Masquerade. I'd like to get a group together to play it IRL.

I've only played it irl with my hubby. ^_^ We don't have a group. We have one other friend who roleplays but he doesn't care for white wolf much so we generally stick to D&D with him. I really wish we had a larger group.

We haven't done much with White Wolf outside of V:tM although I'd like to change that in the future. We're hoping that after CZ starts this new job of his we'll be able to afford to play and collect more gaming resources.

I used to table-top RP with the guys from the video game store next door (I worked at a store that focused on trading card games, role playing games, and traditional games) when I was a senior in high school. We mish-mashed Vampire, Mage, Werewolf, and changeling... any old World of Darkness to have an intersting party.
