o.o Strangely, it seems like a good number of my friends are familiar with computers or coding. This may be because most of my friends are my gaming buddies. xD

Though honestly, I wouldn't advise you start your own site unless you have a talent to contribute to the place- coding is generally preferred, I've seen others do art- or have the mass funds to get people to do it for you. xD;; All the things required to run a site is time consuming and most quality people aren't going to do it for free.

Ah, I actually grew up in Florida, Disney World was my backyard. *total 90s Disney World geek*

@Dystopia: I'm alright at graphic art, and I have the funds. The person I'm co-owning with and me have enough skills put together to make it work. Though we need to expand the team.

@Freshie: I love Disney World <3 I went when I was on holiday in Florida. Though sadly, Scotland has pretty much nothing like that :(

Most of what I remember from the times I've been to Disney World is:

1 - AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH SUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 - It's so hot
3 - Really long queues
4 - Epcot sucks

The first time I went to Florida the extreme brightness of the constant sun actually started to cause my eyes real pain. It's a very unusual feeling to have pain IN your eyes and it was horrible. I had to wear dark sunglasses at all times, even indoors during the day, and still had to look down at the ground when outside.

But theres times where the weather is wet and rainy.

But omg..I love Epcot. ;_;
Tis my favorite park down there. I may be different since I love technology and the world..so..eh, yeah. xP

Also, I don't think I need the new user stuff. But I'll still chill in this thread. ^^;;

I've never been to the Floridian Disney World. I have however been to the 'original' Disney Land in California, twice in my life. Once with my mother when I was young and she played tour guide of the area where she grew up, and once in high school with my choir where we got to go backstage (where the ice cream was under a dollar and characters actually take their heads off) for a studio recording session, then got to perform onstage. One time we were to meet for a show but I was with a girl and we got stuck behind a gigantic PARADE that there was no way around... and by the time we got there the rest of the group was rather pissed at having to wait for us... but you can't predict a random PARADE that is so close knit there is no way to cut through.

The parades are every 2 hours or something like that, not really random. But yes they are difficult to cross once they've started.

I think I prefered the Universal Studios park, though that is just the one park where DW is split into 4 or 5.

If I go again it won't be during Autumn, not if I can help it anyway. Having to fit trips around school holidays necessitated going in the summer but it was just so bright and overwhelmingly hot it could be difficult to enjoy it sometimes.

Going in september is probably better, where it's still warm from the end of summer but not sweltering anymore. Not really sure when Florida's 'rainy season' is but I wouldn't want to be there during that either.

I've never been to Disneyland, though I was near by kinda sorta last month. But I was having fun elsewhere. <w<

I am the proud owner of a very useful multi-purpose object: It serves as an umbrella when it rains. It serves as a cane for when my back decides to be difficult. It serves as a parasol to provide shade when the stupid bright thing in the sky becomes overbearing. Also, the pole of it becomes a lightsabre.
