I have been looking at a picture on the computer and shade according to that :) Once I get some carbon paper I can just print off a picture and put it directly to the wood and burn over it

but how do you do the shading....o you hold the hot thingy just further from the wood? Or for a shorter period of time?

well actually you gotta hold the burner in 1 spot for longer periods of time to make it darker so shading is quicker then doing dark lines unless you have a shaded part thats almost black then you just keep the pen on it for a while, it takes a lot of time because of this.

yeah it took me like 4 hours just to outline the horns, here is where I am at now with it and bf's bday is Monday XD So much left to do!

It's my first pyrographic art piece ever lol I just wish I didn't start the shading with a pencil, it completely changed the color of that part of the art when I burned it, it kept that silver hue where on the horns it has a pretty brown color

Sometimes I do but its actually been a long while, I played Gaia a long long time ago and then me and my ex split up and my current bf didn't have a computer or internet for years until recently lol
