Dreaming- I never said you were ineligible, just that your form was incomplete. This goes back to my personal anecdote of reading things carefully. There's a section you left blank that requires at least a specific answer.

However in light of what you told me I put the ball back into your court as to whether or not you would like to apply as you 'were' eligible, but would find the gifts of less meaning now... even though you did stick to the guidelines for them.

Never expected what happened but it did.
So I didn't try to hard on the form since I was at a loss of words and thoughts when I got all the stuff.
The charitable stuff you would give me wouldn't be meaningless, just hard to use. Many things are meaning full on how they are obtained it is just the part on how one would use them that gets difficult.
