It's a poblano pepper that's charred and then peeled and stuffed with cheese (we use queso fresco), dipped in a whipped egg mixture and then fried. Then it gets a red sauce dumped all over it which I think is pretty similar to a red enchilada sauce. THEY ARE GOOD. *stuffed*
I can't decided if I want to go play my video game or watch a couple episodes of Arrested Developement. |

I made chicken and vegetable stir fry tonight! It was my first try at it and it was surprisingly really good! I bought an electric wok at a yard sale yesterday for a dollar and wanted to try it out. My stir fry had chicken, carrots, broccoli tofu, bamboo shoots, baby corn, and homemade sauce that I invented from various Asian cooking supplies I had on hand (I was a little iffy about the sauce before I cooked it, but it turned out yummy lol). ^_^ We had rice to go with it. I almost broke out the good chopsticks for authenticity, but then I remembered that our water isn't running right now (not sure why, something broke this morning) and decided to stick with disposable forks and plates. On the plus side, the wok did double duty as a dishpan (used it to heat the water from the jug ^_^' ) and it got clean at the same time as I was washing up the cooking utensils. ^_^

I'm excited as I'm getting a new washer/dryer set tomorrow. A bit worried as I read some of the reviews for the set but the lady we're buying them from says nothing is wrong just she wants a different color since they're black and she wants white to match with the house. Hope she is telling the truth. :o |

Yah Boo she said if we have any problems she'd take them back and give a refund. She lives right here in town too.
After reading these reviews a lot of people aren't using the HE detergent which could be the problem they are having...I'm going to make sure to be careful and buy the right stuff. :sweat: |

Oh and I'm paying $700 for the set. They are higher end washer and dryer which cost 2.5k new. They are 6 years old, but lightly used and in perfect working order so I don't think that is too bad...fully electrical controls too. I'm so excited to get. :3
