I don't generally feel or act much different when I drink. But then, I don't usually drink to excess either. One or two drinks and I'm pleasantly warm and relaxed, and still fully in command of my faculties, with no nasty hangover later. I've only ever been hungover once and the experience put me off of heavy drinking. Not to mention doing anything to excess is against my religion. Everything in moderation unless it will cause someone else to stumble. So, no drinking in front of an alcoholic, I guess. ^_^

I don't get smashed, either. I think the most I've had to drink was the other weekend with my aunt and uncle. xP

Idrink in excess, most definatly. I've been sick from it maybe twice, and have never had a hangover though. I guess it's because I'm Irish xD I have a high tolerance to alcohol. I usually drink to get drunk, because I have ore confidence when I drink and enjoy myself more. It's kind of sad in a way... I wish I could have that sort of confidence always. :(

And I associated it with time I spend with my dad. Normally we don't really talk much... For a while we had no relationship at all, I "hated" him for being too strict. I know better now, but still can't tak to him, and he can't talk to me. When we're drinking though, it works. Also sad. But that's how it works I guess!

I like mixed drinks so I have to be careful not to overdo it. lol. They don't taste like they've got much alcohol in them but it can sneak up on you. lol.

*huggles Kulti* Drinking to get drunk is probably not the best idea. O_o' There are bound to be healthier ways to boost your confidence.

I usually drink ciders though. So I guess it isn't to bad.

My husband likes hard cider. It isn't my favorite but I'll have one occasionally if he buys a six pack. We rarely buy alcohol though. It's too expensive and we need the money for food and gas and such. Plus, a medium sized bottle of something will last for ages at the rate we use it. I think the half a bottle of vodka and the 3/4 bottle of aftershock we have now have been around for 6-8 months. The coffee liqueur we bought at the same time is gone though. It was so good in milk. :drool:

Alcohol is quite expensive, some pubs and restaurants here charge far too much. For example, the bar I work in sells pints (lager, guiness, ale) for £2.50, other places sell them for £3.50. It's mad.

Much cheaper to buy drink from an off liscence. But I guess I'm alright, I don't have any real responsiblility and can afford to spend money on things like drink.

Aftershock has to be the worst thing ever though. Unless it's the peach one. Coffee liquer? WHY DON'T THEY SELL THAT HERE! *on third cup within an hour and a half*

Nah, it's the hot cinnamon flavor of aftershock. Tastes a lot like a fireball candy or a red hot. ^_^

You don't have Kahlua there? That's the name brand coffee liquor. The kind we got was another brand and it was even better than Kahlua. Just can't remember the name of it. I think it may have been in Spanish.

Hehe Off License...I haven't heard that since I left the UK. Some days I reminisce about those days. Especially when it's dark and rainy.

We finally got the washer and dryer hooked up and we're testing the first load. I'm so excited to see how they turn out. :squee:

I think vodka is my favorite hard liquor. xD
I had two drinks with vodka in them and they were SO GOOD.

I use to love to drink mud slides but I got really sick off 'em so I can't drink them anymore.
And most other hard liquors for that matter.

I don't like hot drinks. My mom use to make hot butter rum ...EW. D<

Yah I'm hoping they have many years left in them...and by the time they bite the dust I'll get even nicer brand new ones. :3

Yah...most definitely. I got there, but I was amazed the effect it had. I couldn't even taste the alcohol.

I also love keeping a bottle of vodka in the house. It goes well with a lot.
