i think it all depends on what goes into it... definitely white rice and some sort of yummy sauce... and meat... gotta have meat! and some veggies... and PINEAPPLE!

It was beef stir fry with teriyaki sauce and mixed veggies. The beef was a little tough but it wasn't bad.
