Well, not just earrings but shirts and stuff too.
And I just went through accentuate and the only new items I saw were the fluffy wrist warmers/ankle warmers etc.

oh i see the dangly heart ones in jewel's dream... but not the studs or gumball ones (although those latter ones could be in the snack shop) but the nutcracker sashes are in accentuate... unless they are in a different shop too

And then in headworks all I see are the fluff balls.
So maybe they just haven't add them all yet.
