it's finally cooling off here... it has been so hot these last few days

Really? We were warm [like 80s - possibly close 90s one day] but now we've dropped back into the 60s and 70s.
It's odd because normally by this time of the year we're in the 100s and I'm pissing and moaning about how hot it is.

isn't that funny! it's been like 98-101 these days... it's usually not quite that hot but we typically have some nasty humidity

Linn - That is weird. I'd like some hot weather. I'm like maybe, MAYBE ten minutes from a lake. But I haven't gone because it just hasn't been warm enough.

i haven't been swimming at all this summer cause when i'm not working i am too tired and too hot to even leave the house -__-

I went to the coast for a few days but I don't swim well enough to let myself or my daughter swim in the ocean. Haha.
Besides that but the water here is freezing. xD We dipped our feet in but it was so cold just that, I couldn't feel my feet afterwards.

I need to go start a load of laundry. Brb.

i've been to the ocean a couple times, but where we went it was like all craggly and rocky so you can't go in the water... my family and i are going to the ocean today cause they are taking me out for mah birfday :) i love the ocean!

There was a big ol' beach where we were. My daughter loved it.
I was despairing because she was practically ROLLING in the sand. She was filthy after we left. Haha.

I don't like the beach much. Sand and salt are gross. Pretty funny considering I live less than an hour from the ocean and only about an hour and a half from Myrtle Beach.

I miss the mountains.

Sorry to see you go Beloved. It is good of you to donate your items rather than letting them moulder in disuse but I wish you'd stay. Even if you only came on every now and then. ^_^

I don't like beach much either.

I don't live near the ocean here but where I'm moving it's not far off. I still don't think I'll go very often. It's too cold and too much of a pain. And of course there's too much sand and you know...us nerds are allergic to the sun and that. V_V
