Haha, my daughter is in the "dress myself stage."
Today she layered a multi-colored bright tanktop [pinks, yellows, blues...etc) over a plain gray t-shirt that has blue fringed sleeves.
It looks silly but it's not worth the fight to get her out of it. :lol:

He just finally rolled out of bed. >.<

My little sister is in that mode as well. She usually ends up wearing at least two skirts and a few other mismatched items. My mom does the same thing and lets her wear what she wants (except when we have to go to church) because there's no sense in dealing with the tantrum that would result otherwise.

I think that is awesome, Strelly. Dressing is one of the first ways of expressing independence and personal character. ^_^ It irks me when people won't let their kids take that initiative. Plus, you can take lots of pictures now of her fabulous fashion sense and use them to embarrass her in her teenage years. :twisted:

zig - I usually let my boyfriend sleep in when he stays the night. :lol: He doesn't sleep well here a lot of the time so it doesn't bother me. And I'm used to getting up bright and early because of my daughter.
