So I was updating the CI raffle the other day and I've decided to make a change with the rules.
You're going to have to make at least three pings to Broseph for your tickets to count.

The purpose of doing the ci raffle where you didn't have to pay was to bring people in to chat and make the place more active.
It's annoying to me, to see when someone who's put forth a real effort and wants the item, doesn't win because someone who stopped in once or twice wins.

No, you'd just have to stop by at least three times within the month for any of your tickets to count.
I've just noticed two or three people this round who've stopped by once and I'm just not okay with that. *shrugs*

I am just getting annoyed with people who want the stuff I'm giving away but don't have the decency to stay and chat. *shrugs* It's not really like it happens often but I try to design contests so that people will want to come and chat here - that's really my only requirement for anything.
