I haven't really dealt with any anime/manga series like that personally but I know what you mean by some series that just keep going on and on. That can really kill an anime. The same can be said about any sequel really though. Sometimes too much of a good thing can turn it into a bad one.

Some series are worth the extra seasons, and sometimes just one is enough.

I agree, though I tend to like the shorter series better. Short and sweet and to the point. ^^;

Sometimes that's enough for me, but with this anime, I think I'm going to read the Manga to follow up on it. I really liked it.

I'm watching Mushi-Shi at the moment.

I just finished Durarara. I don't know why I didn't watch when it came out at first, but after seeing episode one on Adult Swim, I just had to finish the rest online. Lol. If I can find it.

That one seems quite popular but I don't know too much about it myself other than a few pictures I've seen of the characters.

Hmm, well apparently this anime was based off of the light novel so I have to find the book/s and buy them.

I absolutely fell in love with the characters. I didn't want to watch it because of all the talk about it. I didn't want it to become another 'Naruto'.. but I really like it. I want to know more about it. Lol.
