Right now, all I've got lined up is a "pin the tail on the donkey" type game, and page prizes.

The donkey game will kindof be like a lotto. You pick a square where you think the donkey's tail goes, and if you pick the right one, you get a prize! There'll probably be a few winning squares on each board.

I've still got a week to figure it out in any case xD

That sounds very nice. C: Well, there still could be page prizes, a raffle, random donations. Quoting contests, birthday trivia.

Trivia would be nice, but I feel bad for those on slower connections or have weird issues with live update functioning properly ]:
