Well sure I do enjoy snow! And we actually got quite a bit this last season. But our area doesn't get more than like 6 to 10 inches at a time before it usually melts off before a new storm hits.

Wow Lillith...what a day. I hope you did get reimbursed for the movie, and the meal I would of had them give me a doggie bag and I would of taken it home, but on their tab. ;) Or at least tried. I find it odd though that the restaurant didn't try to offer you a safe place to stay. I know that my husband has said (and he did a long time ago work for them) at McDonalds they would take you into the back store room. And I think that it might be a fairly safe building as the one in town is made out of brick...back there in the store room there isn't any windows too obviously.

There was no tornado. It just rained a little bit. I didn't think it was bad at all really. And the theater did reimburse us. We'll probably use it to see the new X-men movie. I don't know if I can sit through Thor again to see the last 30 minutes. The movie was really good but it was 3d and 3d has always made me a little sick.

Ick, I'd rather have tornados then big snow storms. I hate the snow.

Considering we were just under a warning and never a watch I think we were fine. They did have us move from the windows to the center of the building. But this building really wouldn't hold up to a tornado. It is just a wood building.

I have issues with 3D movies too. I wear glasses in real life so wearing another pair of glasses over my regular ones really just doesn't work that well. T_T That and I have issues with motion sickness. >.<

I have glasses too so it makes everything so akward. I don't have motion sickness but 3d just messes with me.

Yeah, those glasses just don't sit right over another top of glasses. When I went to see Thor it was in 3D but my fiance didn't warn me ahead of time or I could have worn contacts and that might have helped a bit but not entirely. I usually don't like wearing contacts but I have a few pairs left over from when I decided to try them.

I've never been able to even try contacts. I have a hard time with eye liner I don't even want to think about contacts.

It took me lots of tries to get them in. I find it even harder to get them out though. I don't do well with eyeliner at all. Usually I don't bother with makeup. T_T
