First off, you already know about all her eye rolling and heavy sighs when I ask her to (example) open the register because I miss counted and need to get a five out of the register. But today, I was cleaning and straightening out the tables and was taking sizes on some things that we were running low on out on the floor. She suddenly asks me what I'm doing, I tell her, and she replies with the statement that "I shouldn't even be bothering with something like that". Her reasoning was that I should check that we actually have some in the back before checking sizes. Yes, I see the reasoning, but no I don't agree. There were other things I knew we had that I was going to pull sizes for. A earlier associate asked me to fill those since she was leaving and I had time on my shift. She always knows what we have in the back, and if she says we have 'em, I usually agree with her. But this manager always treats everything I do as if I'm not worth her time and like she has to baby sit me. She pretty much told me I was wasting my time, and thus hers. *resists strong urge to throttle*
