Lol, well thank you! I am harsh on them I guess, cause I always want something a little creative.....but that doesn't always happen

It's cool, so long as you like them, that's the most important part. I stay away from those avi things sometimes cause I know that I might get criticism on something I like..... haha

I'm just doing what I can to keep my son "calm" until his birthday "party" in 6 hours.

Work has been really crappy the past two days. The hurricane will be hitting our area tonight or tomorrow and people are going crazy here despite the fact taht we haven't really gotten any serious warnings. *Sigh*

well, better to be concerned that not and getting hit badly ... I've never really been in a hurricane, I've just had them go very near where we were.

The rains have just started. Time to go and play out in the hurricane rain! weeoh!

shoot, where I live right now we could SO use that rain! our sprinkler systems broke and so most of the grass is dying. all of town is looking a bit brown really.

It's good to be prepared but some people are going super overboard with it. They should leave enough for the rest of the residents in the area so that they can get prepared too rather than one family buying out the entire freaking store. >.<

and that is how people are when they are in a panic. WE NEED EVERYTHING OR WE WILL DIIIIIIIIEEEEE! people can be so stupid.

my parents used to have a bunch of those large water containers in the garage so if we had a bad storm warning like that they could take them in the tub and fill them up so we wouldn't have to worry about water like all the people going insane in the grocery store. we also had lots of canned food that mom would accumulate over time as we would eat it, just in case.

Yeah, exactly. We have food, water is the only concern but it should keep running even if the power goes out and I just put a few pitchers in the fridge this afternoon. I have other bottled drinks too so I think we'll be fine.
