Haha, I'm allergic to fish too, unfortunately. XD
Also, there's Omega 3's in flaxseed, which is where I normally get them... I eat flaxseed in my cereal. Yummy! My aunt is allergic to fish and she's the one who told me that I was allergic when I swelled up, got hives and started vomiting after eating salmon... This all happened when I turned 13, cause before than I'd eat fish all the time. It has something to do with puberty. D: |
