Say we have 19 pages in an hour? That's 19 pages per 60 minutes. (Because an hour is 60 minutes).
To see how long it takes per page, you need to divide the total amount of time by the amount of pages.
60/19. That's 3.157-something. Let's say it's 3.
Three minutes per page.
One minute is 60 seconds, so three minutes is 3x60=180 seconds.
One page is 15 posts.
So that means 180 seconds per 15 posts.
To find out how long per post, you need to divide the total amount of time (180 seconds) by the post-count.
180/15=12.
So 12 seconds per post.

Let's start with an easier example.

If you have made three pages in six hours, how long is that per page?
Two hours. However, how do you calculate this? This is done by dividing the time (six hours) by the amount of, in this example, pages (three).
The reason that you have to divide this, is because you want to know the amount of TIME per PAGE.
If you want time per page, you divide the amount of time by the amount of pages.
If you want page per time, you divide the amount of pages by the amount of time.
Where we say per, you could think /.
Time per page? time/page
So, pages per time? pages/time

So if you have made three pages and spent six hours on this, and you want to know how long it took you to get one page? You want to know the TIME PER PAGE. Time per page. You want to know this in hours per page, probably. h/p.
Time in HOURS(6)/Pages(3) = 6/3 = 2

If you have made three pages and spent six hours on this, and you want to know how much pages you make in one hour, you want to know the (AMOUNT OF) PAGES PER TIME. In this case, pages per hour. p/h.
Pages(3)/Time in HOURS(6)= 3/6 = 0.5
You make half a page per hour.

So we wanted to know the amount of PAGES per TIME and TIME per PAGE.
We had 19 pages, 1 hour.
Pages per time is not hard here. 19/1=19.
However, when you go to TIME per PAGE, you get 1/19. 1/19=0.0526...
This is not useful, because we don't work with '0.0526 hours'. Instead, you calculate it in minutes here.
One hour = 60 minutes.
We had one hour, so 1x60 = 60 minutes.
We still have 19 pages.
Now we want to know TIME per PAGE.
60/19 = 3.157... minutes(time) per page.
This is more useful than 0.0526 hours, but still not too useful, because who wants to calculate with .157 minutes?
Because it is only slightly more than 3 minutes per page, we "forget" about the decimal numbers, and say that at our speed, it was 3 minutes per page.
