It's somewhat a true story about how the U.S. government had a psychic studies program. It's a comedy and it is very funny. A lot of drug/hippie humor and situational irony. Oh yeah, when I watched it and he was saying stuff like "you? You're a Jedi? How is that even possible?" That sort of thing... I just died in the theater. Sadly there was only about 7 people in the theater though...
