Sindima: True, but if people want to do so, they should make sure that they are at a safe place - home, perhaps, certainly not a club or so - that they don't have to drive after it, that there are no other things, responsibilities, they have at the same moment, and so on. And preferably at a place where you do not bother others or make them responsible for your mess. Getting drunk in your home if you live there alone? Not smart, but your choice. Getting drunk in your home while you have kids you should care for? Outright stupid and irresponsible.
