Certainly. We should be at 9x6=54 now. xD Instead we're more than 20 pages ahead. xD
So yeah, we're certainly doing well.
76 pages/9 days=almost 8.5 pager per day.

1500 pages? Hm. 424 pages from now - if we keep a rate of 8.5 pages a day (which we have right now) we will reach it about 50 days from now. 19th-21st of April.
If we keep an average of 6 pages a day (which is the schedule) 70-71 days from now - 9th-11th of May.
However, it's not as much 1500 that is my goal, as 2000. Which I want to reach before the next Anniversary of my thread. However, that's Feb 18th, 2010 - and with the planned schedule we'll reach it in 154 days - with the actual schedule in 110.
That's either 2nd of August or 19th of June.
We're really ahead of schedule right now. xD

Oh... you mentioned that once.
Well, here, children start school around the age of 5, 4 if only a month or two away from 5th birthday, or 6, if the year before they were over one or two months away from being 5 the previous year. They want students starting relativly around the same age, and don't want children in school too, too early. The first year of school is called Kindergarten. Then, the next year is 1st grade. The grades continue on until 12th grade. So, that makes a total of 13 years of school, more or less. Sometimes, if a student is struggling, they repeat a year of school, like I had to in grade 3, but other times, a student is too advanced and will "skip" a year and be moved into a higher grade, like a girl in my class did when she was in the 2nd grade.
There are also three schools, usually. Elementary school (kindergarten to 5th grade usually), Middle school/Junior High (6th grade to 8th grade usually) and high school are the last four or three years. I've seen schools that include all the grades, schools that go kindergarten to 8th grade. Elementary school that go to 6th grade. It's varies, depending on town or place, really, but that's usually how it is.
Students usually graduate 17, 18 or 19. Though, it's not unheard of if a student is 20. Here, it's also the law if a student reaches the age of 21 and they are still in the public school system, they have to be removed and get their diploma elsewhere. I'm not sure why, but it's the law in some places. I always fret that that would happen to me if I were held back another year. When I started kindergarten, I was already one of the eldest students, and when I was held back, it made me oldest (pretty much) of my class (though, I believe there are few who might be older, not entirely sure). If I am held back another year, I'd end up being kicked out. On the schedule right now, I'm supposed to graduate half through my 19th year of life, but hopefully, I'll graduate next year, half way through my 18th year instead! =D
I have no idea if this helped you at all. :lol:

Interesting o:
Here you start kindergarten as early at the age of 2-3 years. They stay there for 3-4 years. At the age of 6 they go to elementary school till the age of 12, and then secondary school till the age of 18 or 19 when they take a 7th year (for example in technical schools)
And you're also officially an adult at the age of 18. College or University takes about 3-5 years depending on the level and master you're following.

@ Hime::
Where is it you live? :O
Here, it's called post secondary school when you go to college or university. Also, depending on what you're going for a major, you could be there from 2 years or 4 years (which is average) or 8 to 10 years (usually doctors and other careers that include doctorates)
@ Selly::
Oops, I forgot to mention that which grade I'm in. xD
Currently, I'm in the 10th grade, which is often refered to sophmore year.
I'm not sure why, but only Kindergarten, and 9-12th grades have names that go with them. 9th is Freshman, 10th is sophmore, 11th is Junior (which I should be, but am not. Y_Y) and Senior for 12th grade. Hopefully, I'll be a Junior-Senior next year, though. ^^

I live in Belgium, you?
Yeah here it's also an extra 4-6 years after your Master to get your doctorate. I'm personally following a post-graduate, which only takes one year and I can take it together with my Master year

I'm in Maine, America. Originally from the capitol of America, though. I really miss it! Y_Y
Any ways, I'm going to get a doctorate for childhood and adolescent psychology. It'll take me, an estimated 8 years or so after graduating. ^^
