Rylynne, every time you apply, you should submit another application (it's a good way for everyone playing to feel like they're included in the process, so no one has a 'surprise' win, I think). XD It takes another few seconds, and you get gold for doing so, so it's not so bad. :B

The last round was rolled up October 2nd. Sorry guys... ;-; Don't forget to send in your 25 gold to enter. When I'm actually doing the rolling I don't check back through the thread for the entries (because I check them when they're posted), I only check on who I've received a donation email from.
