Well my biggest struggle is getting past the "You're over qualified" BS. I've applied for TONS of retail positions in hopes of better chances now that the season is upon us (whether we like it or not lol) and I've been shut down repeatedly because of the money I've made at previous jobs. I don't understand why a company won't hire a person that genuinely wants to work for the wages they have posted. =\
