Yeah my grandma is nearing 100, I think she is 97 or 98 now and she has just bought herself a computer. We have had to block all the bingo sites though as she would get hooked. I love it when you see little old ladies and that acting like kids, its quite amusing.
I was thinking about getting a gaia account but I don't like there avatar bases so I decided to pass *nods*

Yeah, plus she has a mobile phone too, its much better for her since she has gone a bit deaf she can understand us better. Though its rather annoying at midnight when I suddenly get a text from her saying she has just found a new thing on her desktop or just got the new highscore on pinball XD

XD Well, at least she has something to do. I know my grandma (she was nearly 83 before passed away this summer) was most afraid of the long nights because she couldn't do anything, even read in the weak lamp light. It really made her nervous and all teary....

Oh I am very sorry to hear that! My grandma was the same, though now she has her mobile and the internet it has made her feel much safer so she is enjoying life much more now which is a good thing.
