That's good that your son loves your soon-to-be-husband. ^-^ It would be tough if he didn't . . .

I'm with Alaunt. I actually do like toddlers, but, four and up is better to me, you can have a whole conversation with them both ways. Plus...babies are too loud >_< bless them for being squishy but oh my goodness it grates my nerves! Otherwise, I think they're very extraordinary =D

Babies and Todds are quite cute . . . but very hard for me to handle . . .

The reason why I prefer four and up is 'cause I've had the most experience with that age grouping . . .

Hey rain ^^

Alaunt, I reckon I have as well. But really, I don't like all the unnecessary crying and screaming. xD Babies are so smart and manipulative, LOL, like any toddler, but just much louder it seems. And...even more dependent.

I don't want children. o 3o Its too much of responsibility to raise them somewhat properly annnd I think I would be really bad mother. Not to mention, I am not sure if I am even able to have one. XD I guess this attitude will save me quite a bit of pain if I am not, in the end.

Don't be sad about it Rain, it's not for everyone. Personally, I just don't like the idea of bringing more life into this kind of a world. I just...can't stand that. And, of course I'd make a stupid parent. But ..I guess I'm not completely hopeless. I am going to adopt, always wanted to, I shall. It means a lot to me.

Don't kick yourself or count yourself out, live a little first.

I've always wanted to adopt, too. There's so many kids out there who need homes, plus I think labor would be really painful. x.x; plus all the pregnancy stuff...it could be fun, though. Iduno!

I jsut think I would be horrible mother. And, well, I don't plan on marrying or living with a man so to become a single mother? Nah, I don't think its for me. But who knwos what Fate has planned for me so I can't put my hand on heart and swear I won't ever have a family of my own. XD

Yeah, considering my health problems, pregnancy would probably very hard for me. About a month ago, I realized I could be one of those women who die at giving birth even in these times and suddenly, felt shiver crepeing up my spine. x.x

@Deilen - I know what you mean and I totally agree.

@Jess - Boy or girl? Preferred names?

@Rain - I would be nervous, and infants pick up on that. Too, if I were to ever have any . . . I'd probably want to adopt a two year old . . . Plus, I'm not so sure I could go through the pain of giving birth . . . And I'm really self conscience, so the big belly would make me hyper aware of my appearance . . .

@Deilen - I think that same thing. But for a slighly different reason. I'm not so sure I'd want a child to have to live through this world, that is quite literaly, going to hell. I'm an American, we're supposed to be a free country, but our rights are constantly being taken away . . . I want any children I ever have to live a better life with more rights . . . Something the government will make really hard by the time I ever have children . . .

Oh my. o.o I don't know how I would take that. If I couldn't give birth or would die doing it, I'd be so sad. x.x; Even with the medical help today, you might not make it through? Yeah, that's very scary...

Edit:

Alaunt~Hehe, I want 4. =) My boyfriend wants 2, though, and we love talking about the future, so I might make it two. ;P I want 2 girls and 2 boys. (Preferably twins. xD) I like the names Christopher and Michael for boys. Leah and Kaylee for girls. :3 You?! ;D

Jessica, I like your optimism. I don't think I'd mind the labour but pregnancy is so rough on one, physically. So that's my fear and I know it's stupid. But ugh! I have SOOOO much respect for mother's who push through it.

Rain! Don't be so morbid, *squeezes you* you don't have to think about it. Besides, I say single 'til the grave. Live your life, do you, and maybe when you're 30...date? LOL (Bad advice, don't listen to me I don't know anything about the date scene nor motherhood save from watching mum).

Yeah, not really spirits raising thought. x.x

Or it could be dangerous for the child. I would feel so horrible if I couldn't give birth to the child but keep miscarrying all the time or something. No, I think I better refrain from trying to have a child. Unless I really meet this one perfect man who thinks he is able to go trough all the troubles that this might bring together with me.

EDIT: Deilen, I am not really thinking about it a lot. XD Just sometimes.. When people press me to be "normal" and date and such. XD I don't thnik I could care less for romance and such RL. In books and RPs its great, though. XD

Yeah, and from what I have seen my mom go trough... No, I think being mother is too painful and hard. XD I am not masochistic enough. =P

Overall I actually am with you on all this stuff. ^^

Aw, I understand. I think your wariness is grounded too. And, I'm tired of being told I'll find a man. Love is great and cruel and peculiar, but at this point in my life, I can only be focused on giving it to my friends, family, and the every day person who needs it - no lust attached. Friendship amazingly sacred to me. If you are or get to be the same, I'd say that's very fulfilling.

Oh hey Versailles!
