wow what post are we on now?

Ahh finally it has slowed down some. For about the past 2 hours it's been really busy!

I read one of my scores from the quality department and it was glowing. Actually I had two perfect reviews. She even went as far as to say she could hear me smiling during the call. :P

I have a very different phone voice though, very upbeat and professional. I've gotten hit on a slew of times from guys on other programs because of it. It was worse when I got back to the US and I still had a British twang to my voice. >_>;

Izumi, the British accent isn't a twang, it's an accent. D;

Well it wasn't a full on accent, but you could tell it wasn't American either, pip. I could speak to someone from the UK and they could tell I wasn't from around there. It was a strange feeling since British people didn't consider me British and Americans of course didn't consider me American based on voice alone. I had many many comments when I first started doing phone based work. Some were funny, some were shocking.

Jo - I'm doing good. Just finished a 45min phonecall and sold $140 worth of stuff. You know if I was paid commission I would so kick butt. :XD TBH Most of the stuff sells itself, but if you use some of the techniques they use on HSN to get people to buy you could sell just about anything. :P

In fact I was telling hubby I could take anything in the house and talk it up and make it sound like something worth buying...jokingly of course. :P
