lol Sorry I was having an internal rant.. see a while back here some people said it was invasion of privacy and some kids got hurt because of it. So I get antsy about it

I don't think it's an invasion of privacy if the offender is rightfully accused~
I mean, if they're considered a sexual offender simply because it was a person 16 or 17 and a person over the age of 18 and the parent's got ticked off~
I mean, the person KNEW what they were doing - ya know?
But anything aside from those certain special cases I believe are wrong and people should be warned about them so things like that DON'T happen :3

I hate how some people get their lives ruined because parents get angry like that, ya know?
I mean, if it's kids who don't understand, then obviously that's wrong and they need to pay for what they have done, but the cases where it's 17 and 18 year olds of 17 and 20 year olds etc. - I think it's kind of wrong if they get their lives ruined if the person was willing and the parents got ticked just because the "minor" was 16/17~
I mean, I personally don't necessarily agree with having sex at that age, but I mean, they -do- know what they're doing~
It's not like they're 13 or something, ya know?
But what annoys me most is how people don't -think- like that most of the time :/
And as the "offender" gets older, people don't ask about WHY they're offenders, they just see that they are~
They don't care that they're only offenders because they were 18 while the other was 17 and the parents got ticked :(
