I still don't understand how they could possibly work for the average american child. I mean, you have to take care of them even during the time you're supposed to be sleeping, or at school! They can't POSSIBLY survive unless you are one obsessed 'parent'.

It was a kitty and it made me feel really bad when it died. :(

Did it have babies if you played with it enough? Now I know that sounds seriously wrong. But there did used to be this fuzzy thing with a little fuzzy thing in its belly and if you gave it enough attention it would give birth xD

I use to have Furby. I remember that I wanted one so bad.

I dont think so. I always see them at thrift stores.

I had a tamagotchi-like thing but it had a pikachu instead. It was actually a pedometer thing, except this was years ago not from the ones with the new pokemon games. If you didn't walk enough it ran away.

I bet furbies make a comeback.
