the "likes" keep getting up cause I am spamming my friends on facebook lol but it wont refresh the names so i can take screenies!! arghhhhhhhhh

I press f5 instead of the refresh button for more accurate refreshes. But yeah, clearing cache is good to do every so often when on sites like this.
