It should be counted then. It's only if it's liked offsite Inso doesn't count it because he can't trace the IP.

well I asked people to directly come on Mene to click the like button, they didnt register tho, only one did! lol

I'm not sure how it all works. I just know that if its not liked on menewsha it doesn't count.
