I haven't paid much attention to mods lately on Gaia, to be honest.

Neither have I. Except my girlfriend, she's a mod there.

Yea she's been a mod for a couple months now I think. Not sure :lol: To be honest I'm a little jealous but I've gotten over it.

I would apply to be a mod, but I got a warning a month or so ago because some kid who has been harassing me since 2008, got under my skin using a mule and I told him to fuck off.

Go without a warning for six months and you should be able to apply, unless you've got two -ish or more.

Yeah, I know I can apply again after 6 months, but I'd prefer to wait a year with a clean record.
However right now I don't care enough. Menewsha is amusing enough, and I can help more people here, and actually see the results happen quickly.

I used to mod gaia... I'd set aside 2-3 hours of every day clicking report buttons and getting lots of immature trolls banned for being stupid and breaking the rules badly XD

I used to love doing that. But, I haven't so much lately. /shrugs

Mene hand picks their staff, it's easier to apply on Gaia. Tough training though, on Gaia.

Unfortunately she is incredibly immature. I could get her barred from ever being a mod again, actually.
Fortunately for her, I'm not that vengeful.

Ouch... immature mods... >.< I've met a few of those... there was one mod on gaia who I approached logically and rationally and they shot it down because they could somehow bend space and time and make themselves right XD

I've never been on Gaia... or any avatar sites other than this one for that matter.
I haven't heard good things about it though, so I'm not ready to invest in it whatsoever. :x

I personally like Gaia a lot...They don't steal threads you've been working on for years because you got pissed off at a troll and asked them to leave the thread until they can behave. :roll:

And I can say this with complete certainty and honesty. You can even ask a dozen other users in the AC forum about the situation and they'll say the same thing.

Can't. The mods won't enforce blacklists.

But if a user is on a blacklist, I could state that they've initiated a repeated offense, showing that action probably does need taken (plus a blacklist shows the previous offenses)
