Plus, if you ever decide you want anything previous back, it'll give you something to do as a side project to your charity versus a full blown quest :D

I think once I get a couple more of my big items back I'm going to take a break from questing and work up some gold to start a charity again :3
Besides, after my surgery in a couple years I'll be hospitalized for like a week hahaha
What better timing than to get the charity up and running? LOL

I find it gives me something to do in the summer/on breaks from college -- plus, it's a much needed stress reliever to just be able to sit down, chat a bit, and play some games :3
Even at 19 I think that questing gives me something to do in my downtime when I have nothing else I particularly want to do XD;

I've never been actually admitted into one, as far as I know. But my brother, grandmother, grandfather, and mother all have, and it was scary -- so I hate them for merely that fact alone xD;
Ah well -- I'm sure my Mom will be up there with me a lot of the time!

But yeah, pretty much. The rarity factor can slightly work both ways.. too rare of an item is hard to sell for it's actual worth, same as other items. The MP helps in a way with this though. xD

That is very true. I imagine that that could get rather frustrating for either side. Annoying trying to find a seller sometimes, or annoying for a seller trying to find a buyer willing to pay for the expensive rare items.

I remember being in the Hospital for my tonsils when I was younger, I didn't think it was that bad. But, the Hospital I went to that, compared to other places I've been, was a lot friendlier. I think it really just depends on how welcoming the staff is, and how helpful they are. xD
