I lurked too much, never bothered to post really unless I wanted to buy CIs.
I've made a lot of gold off of events and inflation, not really posting and such. That and I got my queen's crown through Aries' auctions. I paid just over 1k for it. And Mama Juru granted my wish for a mask of atlantic. I cherish those items. >>;; It is hard to make gold here on Mene. I don't come online often because of it. I'm not good at the games so I'm basically screwed unless I find a place to chat. Like here. xD |

but there are some really nice people here who donates a lot ^^ but yeah, for that reason, my boyfriends quitting/rather go back to gaia XD i started pretty early on menewsha.. i wasnt here for the vday event, but i was for the st pat 07 and i got some items sold some...then i quit shortly after i just came back like a week ago and i sold off some of my items and it got me better off than a lot of people XD |

I came here for easter 07. I sporadically come on, constantly for a month and then sporadically the next. It really depends on how much effort I want to bring forth. On Gaia I'm bored so I'm just getting into exchanging (known to many as a dirty business because so many people call you out on your purchases). On Subeta exchanging is how I make a living. It's so easy there to buy cheap and sell for more. The shops restock often. |

huh? sorry i didnt really get that XD exchanging in gaia is pretty tough... you have to refresh like crazy and get there before anyone else and its even harder for those who snipe things off in the mp but at least its somuch more fast paced than mene XDD good luck with that ! and yeah the clover pins are so much more expensive than i though they would betheres the quest raffles too, if you didnt know about that :3 is there one this time ? |

The staff, for the most part, work only part time on this website. They work for others. Apparently Ken doesn't work 100% of the time for Mene. Eroy was talking about it in the questions about the auctions thread.
Gaia has it's ups and downs. Now you don't hear from admins. Its incredibly impersonal to have all of these NPCs announcing everything. When the admins say that the CIs are out and such it makes them real and a part of the community. People here are nice in general where as on other sites they have to be hard faced to not be pushed around. |
i wasnt really talking about the admin, although if we get full time admin, that'll raise mene's standards quite a bit. xD
yeah, that makes sense. but gaia's such a big community, i dont really blame them. you cant always ask for them to be "part of the community" when they have so much other stuff to worry about. some gaians are assholes. XD especially those hardcore exchangers...X'DDDDD but then i guess its also cus the mood here is more laid back/softcore/calm, slow , etc |
